I'm not sure there are that many animals that you absolutely cannot eat raw; the ones that are probably poisonous. Since most most lobsters and crabs aren't poisonous, it prob is safe. However, since certain parasites like invading these animals, you would probably be better off cooking them first.
If it came from a non polluted source you probably could, but as a rule they are already cooked, (they are pink)
