1 tablespoon sea salt

4 (6 ounce) lobster tails 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:

1. Fill a large pot with about 1 inch of water and bring to a boil. Add the salt and place a steamer insert inside the pot so that it is just above the water level. Put the lobster tails on the rack and cover the pot. Cover and steam for 8 minutes. And don't peek! Serve with melted butter.

You have to boil lobster while it's alive...Or did you buy just the tail meat already prepared...Well it makes a great salad topping or with pasta... I actually had it over thin angel hair pasta with olive oil salt and pepper and it was very nice...
Grilling always makes a tasty lobster tail!

These guys seem to of described it better than I could of put it =

You should have thought of that before you bought it. You have to boil it alive. Google it, you'll see.
Drop it in a pot of bouiling water and serve it with melted butter.
pick it up by its back and place it in a pot of boiling water. serve it with melted butter and lemon.
Criminal!
