Any advice on how to eat plain, cooked lobster, please...?

Bought a frozen, cooked lobster a while back. Thinking of defrosting and eating it cold this weekend.

Never had lobster before.

Any advice, helpful links, please?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Pull off the large claws and save, pull off the head and throw away - mustn't eat and of the head contents. With a sharp knife split the shell down the centre of the underside of the body, pull it apart and this should remove the shell from the flesh. To get at the claws you will need to tap them lightly with a hammer. Inside the claw flesh there is a sinewy bit of cartilage running down the middle, remove this and throw it away.

btw you can eat the coral - if there is any - that's the eggs, and you can eat the stomach - a greenish paste.

I have never found that precooked, frozen lobsters are very good so don't be too disappointed, they are nothing like a fresh one.Any advice on how to eat plain, cooked lobster, please...?
Use all of the meat, from the legs and claws in a lobster fish pie.

As a purist I would enjoy the tail meat almost plain with just a little salt, accompanied by some crisp Iceberg lettuce, tomato and egg wedges and grated carrot.
Mix the meat with some, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped dill and season with pepper and small amount of salt. Serve in lettuce leaves or on crusty bread.
You got some good answers, therefore I will give you a poor one...

Take out the lobster, boil it, then lather it with peanut butter and enjoy!
you should definetly cook it.
Butter, Kosher Salt and Garlic with a Veggie and Sour dough french bread.
