How do i steam lobster tails?

im tryin to cook two lobster tails ive never done it beforeHow do i steam lobster tails?
Thaw them first. If you don't have a steamer then put an inch or two of water in a pot big enough to hold them and heat it to boiling. Put them in and stick the lid on. Check them in a couple of minutes, it doesn't take long (I've had really small ones cook in less than 5 minutes before.) If you have a steaming basket or steamer then use it and a bit more water. It does depend on how big and fat they are though. The shell will turn color and the flesh will turn opaque when they are done. You don't want to overcook, but you do want them opaque all the way through.

I like to put a little salt in the water, but that is personal preference. How do i steam lobster tails?
I do mine from a frozen state. Bring a pot of water to a boil with a steamer basket in it. Put the tails in the basket, slap a lid on it and time for 12 minutes and you're done!
you boil water and put it in a pot and let it steammmmmm
