How to properly prepare frozen lobster meat?

I bought a pound of frozen lobster meat and am scared to death to mess it up preparing it because it was not cheap.

It's simply a tub, 14 oz. of frozen lobster meat - It comes with no cooking instructions, and I've tried to google it over and over again and all I can find is instructions on thawing/cooking frozen lobster tails. This is loose meat.

Can anyone help?

Thaw it in the fridge like any other meat. This kind of meat is best used in a recipe like pasta or casserole or soup.
