What is the best way to know if a lobster tail is done?

I am going to cook two lobster tails tomorrow night, probably steamed. How will I know when they are done and ready to eat? Thanks. What is the best way to know if a lobster tail is done?
All lobster (green, blue, and yes yellow) turn bright red when finished cooking.

Steaming takes about 10 minutes per first pound.

But it easier to reference this page that I not only order from but rely on for recipes...it's great!
