How do i catch the SLIPPERY LOBSTER. and how do i cook them...? do i need to clean them?

I think it's Slipper Lobster. You can boil them whole for about 20 minutes, or split them in half and broil them. I would remove the intestine that runs through the tail first.How do i catch the SLIPPERY LOBSTER. and how do i cook them...? do i need to clean them?
