I don't really know about seafood., but if something is frozen, i would think you should steam it.
This is probably cooked already then frozen? Follow the instructions on the packet.
The first thing is to defrost it. This will take most of a day. Then drop it into boiling water for a few minutes. Don't overdo it, you only want to heat it up. Then get the nut cracker out and start ripping into it.
Let the frozen lobster tails thaw
out in the refrigerator 24 hours
before cooking. Cooking unthawed
tails will result in the meat being tough.
A faster thaw can be achieved by placing
them in a plastic bag and immersing them
in water while in the refrigerator for a few hours.
