How do you cook a lobster clam bake in the oven?

My mom used to make a clam bake in the oven. Lobster, clams, shrimp, corn and potatos all in foil and then baked. But I dont know how long to bake it and she cant find the recipe. I'm making dinner for my boss tomorrow and I could really use the answer. Please help!!How do you cook a lobster clam bake in the oven?
This is the only one I can find that doesn't require beach cooking. Most clambakes are made in the sand. I can't find one baked in foil. Good luck!





LOBSTER CLAMBAKE





2 Cups Water


2 Cups of Clam Juice


2 Cups Chardonnay


4 pcs. Corn on the Cob cut in half


12 Cherrystone Clams


8 Red Skinned Potatoes cut into quarters


陆 Cup of Butter


2 each 1lb Maine Lobsters split in half, cleaned and claws cracked





Method





Combine water, clam juice and wine into a large stock pot over medium high heat.


Add the corn, potatoes and butter to the pot. Cover and allow to cook for 5 mins.


Add the cherrystone clams and the lobsters to the pot and stir together.


Cover and reduce heat to medium.


Cook for 20 mins and serve.


To Serve





Pour the entire contents of the pot into a large, deep serving bowl along with the broth.


Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and enjoy.
