How to cook lobster...?

So, I have decided to cook lobster for the holidays instead of turkey (because I am tired of eating birds), but there is one problem....

I've never cooked lobster, nor have I ever shopped for one, or two.

So any pointers, websites, etc. to help me out?How to cook lobster...?
Easiest way to cook lobster is get a big pot and fill it with water and when its boiling drop them in until they turn red serve with little bowls filled with butter for dippingHow to cook lobster...?
If you can get ahold of the 'good eats-lobster' episode, do it!

What I learned: You'll want to put them in the freezer to 'stun' them before you drop them in.

Steaming is better than boiling, because boiling dries them out.

What he did:

Put several medium sized, clean rocks in the bottom of a large stock pot. Fill with water to just above the rocks, and put in fresh herbs(Rosemary, oregano, and basil is what I used, wonderful!) and let it set until it is boiling. Toss the dazed little buggers in(the high pitched whistling is air escaping their shells, not them screaming) and they will be done in about 15 min. (on foodnetwork.com, they have an awesome stuffed lobster recipe from the show)

Hope this helps, and happy searching.
Buy lobster at a reliable store, buy it better alive. Ask salesman to turn it upside down and cut it alonge the middle , he should cut the shell and the meat half way through. At home add butter to the cut and broil it. It will take about 20 minutes according to size. Very easy and delicious. Eat it with much health and much joy.
