My fiance's birthday is this week and I when I was in the grocery store I came across the seafood section and everything was on sale! So I impulsively picked up lobster tails and hug king crab legs thinking how romantic and great would it be to make him a really nice seafood dinner... then I get home and realize I have no idea what to do with them... I've been looking up different ways online but I've heard of many different ways... Keep in mind I live in a tiny apartment, I don't have a grill or a double boiler to steam cook... So what I DO know is that the lobster is better starting thawed, not frozen or it can turn out chewy... and Ive heard you don't have to do much to prepare the crab legs just thawed or steamed.. (which im not sure how to do that) and I have no idea what to use to crack them with... I'm completely unprepared for this apparently.. I've thought of baking or boiling the lobster but I dont know what im doing... so can someone please give me some advice??What's the best way to cook Lobster? And prepare Crab Legs?
