How do you cook a lobster in a convection oven?

Just bought a convection oven and would like to try this.How do you cook a lobster in a convection oven?
I assume you are cooking the tail? then you could do an old 70's recipe called ';Lobster Thermidor'; which is lobster tail in a cheese type sauce. However to cook it while alive, use a humane method that we Aussies use alot. Put them in your freezer for a couple of hours and they will go to sleep from the old, then it is straight into a pot of boiling water for about 4-5 minutes.How do you cook a lobster in a convection oven?
You didn't specify as to whether or not the lobster is alive at this point or if you just have the lobster tail. I am presuming the latter. You can broil the lobster tail and serve it with drawn butter.
